Dianthus sylvestris is commonly known as the Sylvan Pink. It originates from the dry and sunny meadows of the northern Pyrenees, Jura, and the Apennines.

Dianthus sylvestris has very fragrant arching rose-pink petals and is pollinated primarily by moths.

It has narrow green foliage.

Flowers from mid summer.

Flowering height 20cm / 8".

Ideal for rockeries.
