Refund policy

Our returns and refunds policy is simple ! 

We are a small family run nursery and want every single customer to be very happy with every single plant that they buy from us. If for any reason you have any issue with our plants or service and want to return our plants back to us just follow these easy instructions.

Damaged plants

You must inform us of any issues within 48 hours of receipt of your plants. After this time, we cannot be held responsible. We will require photographic evidence if your plants have been received in a damaged state. You can email this to calamazagnursery@gmail.com. We will re send a new batch to you with no additional charges to your original order.

Return of unwanted plants

Please note that the plants we supply to you are living products and once you receive them, you are responsible for their welfare.

To be eligible for a return, you must inform us of your intention to return the plants within 48 hours of receipt. We must receive the plants back, alive and in the same condition that you received them.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a photograph of the condition of the live plants before you return them. You can email this to calamazagnursery@gmail.com.

Refunds

Once your return is received back from you and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace plants if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same plant, send us photographic evidence of the damaged plants in an email to calamazagnursery@gmail.com. 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Calamazag Nursery, St Martins, Looe, Cornwall, PL13 1NX.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
