Dianthus plumarius 'Doris' was bred in 1945. This is a very historic & well known pink. It has a scented pale pink semi double flower with a carmine centre.

Flowering height 35cm / 14". 

This is an ideal variety for producing homegrown cut flowers.    

Dianthus love to be planted in free draining alkaline soils in a nice sunny spot.
