Orgininating from Turkey, Dianthus brevicaulis has low cushion forming foliage with rose to carmine pink petals.

It grows 10cm/4" and is ideal for rock gardens and alpine troughs.

Dianthus love to be planted in free draining alkaline soils in a nice sunny spot.
