Dianthus petraeus originates from the Balkans region. 

Dianthus petraeus has creamy white flowers with narrow, stiff green cushion-forming foliage.

Flowers early summer onwards.

Grows 15cm / 6" tall. It is ideal for rock gardens and alpine troughs.

Dianthus love to be planted in free draining alkaline soils in a nice sunny spot.
